No Refund Policy

All digital products including websites, templates, downloads, and any other purchases made on this website are non-refundable under any circumstances. Purchased products cannot be exchanged for other products. Please read our terms carefully before purchasing.

Website Templates

In order to use your website template you will need a free WIX account. If you have not already done so, you can sign up here. All our templates are fully functional with a free account, however I recommend purchasing a pro account if you require any additional features.

Some of our templates require licenses for paid fonts. The details of the fonts and how you can install them will be provided upon purchase. If you prefer alternative fonts, you can replace them using the WIX editor.

Template Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for our templates once they have been purchased.

As our templates are digital products, we cannot guarantee that they have not been downloaded, copied or used after purchase. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any reason.

Please ensure that you have carefully read the product description, viewed the demo site and checked that the template meets your requirements before making your purchase.

Custom Websites

  1. In the initial consultation, you will be briefed on the process and can outline your specific requirements and ask any questions.

  2. You will need to pay a deposit of half or one third of the total amount as agreed and outlined in our contract – before any work is undertaken. Once payment has been received, an invoice will be sent to you confirming your deposit. Please note that this deposit and all other payments made towards the project are non-refundable.

  3. The first draft will be created according to the specifications outlined and agreed during the initial consultation and contract. Once complete, this will be sent out by the agreed deadline. This is the pattern that the subsequent drafts will follow.

  4. For the custom website package there is a limit of two iterations included in the price. Any further revisions will be billed according at an hourly rate which will be included in the final invoice.

Late Payment Policy

You will receive an invoice a week before payment is due. If the payment is not paid at the agreed time, you will be given a  grace period of 3 days to fulfil the payment in full. Payments not received on or before the 3rd day (Includes weekends and holidays) will incur a $50 late fee. An additional late fee of $10 per day will incur for payment delinquency on every day following the 3rd day. You have the right to suspend our services at any time, however the deposit fee and all costs associated with the project are non-refundable. No services will be rendered until payment and late fees are paid in full.

Template Restyle

  1. Before you contact us for a template restyle, you’ll ensure that you have all the content you want uploaded to your site organised and ready to use. This includes logos, brand colours, fonts, images, videos, elements and copy (including headings, sub-headings & button text)

These terms may vary slightly depending on circumstances and individual needs. In this case, further information will be provided to clients via email, video or phone. Any amendments to the initial consultation plan can be added during the design process.
